In the following circuit find current delivered by 10 V battery.


Answer :

In question it is asked to find current delivered by 10 V battery. We can use KVL or KCL to solve this question. Here two loops are there and we can easily apply KVL in this circuit. 

Two loops are considered and KVL is applied.
As shown in figure, current delivered by 10V battery is I1. 
After solving both equations which are obtained by applying KVL, we get
I1=0 A
Hence current delivered by 10 V battery is 0 A.
Option (4) is correct answer.
